About the collaboration with Kansai International Academy
MIRAIing, Inc
APR. 08, 2021
MIRAIing and Kansai International Academy (KIA) agreed to collaborate on providing a leadership education to their students.
For one year starting in April, MIRAIing will offer lectures on the soft skills necessary to become a leader to KIA's junior and senior high school students.
KIA, as an International Baccalaureate school, has been working to nurture leaders who contribute to the international community with creativity and a sense of responsibility through Japanese-English bilingual inquiry-based learning.
MIRAIing will also work with them to improve non-cognitive skills that are essential for leadership development.
<From Mr. Miyashiro, Person in Charge Kansai International School>
Mr. Miyashiro, a teacher at Kansai Kokusai Gakuen, said, "MIRAIing will support us in further systematizing and creating the career education in the inquiry classes that our school has developed as an IB school, and in helping our students grow into global leaders. The opportunity to learn from lecturers who are actually active on the global stage is very attractive to students. Looking at the lineup of lectures, I feel that they are a collection of things that people who are contributing to the international community really want junior and senior high school students to learn. We, the faculty, are looking forward to the year ahead with MIRAIing.
